PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

An Architect by profession from Ayojan Jaipur, is a principal architect at Studio Saarth. Mr Puneet obtained his Masters in Urban Design from SPA Delhi. With almost two decades of experience in the field of architecture, he has successfully delivered projects related to master planning of New Communities, Mixed Use Developments, High-End Premium Residential Apartments, Group Housing Communities & Townships, Commercial Offices, Retail, Institutional Complexes, Institutions and Hospitability. Through the knowledge and experience gathered over the years, Mr Puneet has emerged as an all-in-one source of everything from Concept Design to Implementation of the Project.

His passion for Sustainable Design has profoundly influenced the architectural perspective and design process. He also had the opportunity to work on five LEED CERTIFIED and Green Building Certified projects. The knowledge and skills of the architectural ace is just one aspect of Sustainability or Green Building, but what builds up the core values of its design philosophy is its application at the initiation stages of the concept/design process, which ultimately yields productive results.

Working for PAN India architectural projects in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Raipur, Indore, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Neemrana, Behror, Bhilwara and Bhiwadi helped him explore more and implement the same in countries, like Democratic Republic of the Congo - Kinshasa, Sri Lanka - Colombo and Mauritiu-Port Louis. To date, he has contributed to more than 100 projects and built over 60 million sq. ft area.

ARCHITECTURE

We believe the best architecture comes from a synthesis of all the elements that separately comprise and inform the character of a building: the structure that holds it up; the services that allow it to function; its ecology; the quality of natural light; the symbolism of the form; the relationship of the building to the skyline or the street-cape; the way you move through or around it; and last but not least its ability to lift the spirits.

URBAN DESIGN

Designing at the urban scale is a complex undertaking, whether it involves a master plan for a city, a regeneration scheme for a neighborhood, or planning a new public transport system. Our team collectively work together to create thriving and resilient environments. In this era of unprecedented social, technological, and environmental change, our approach anticipates the evolutionary changes and rapid transformations shaping our urban environments.

INTERIOR DESIGN

By designing a building from the inside-out as much as from the outside-in, we inculcate a sense of continuity and connection to the wider world. The starting point for any design solution is to gain an understanding of people's needs and the way in which a space will be used. The goal is the creation of interiors that are both functional and elegant, while evoking a sense of place and complementing a building's outward expression.
